A former Warranted Contracting Officer with more than 15 years of experience, Robert has built his career at the intersection of federal acquisition and private sector contract management. He has led cradle‑to‑grave procurement actions, negotiated complex agreements, and overseen contract performance on both the government side and as a Contracts Manager supporting industry. This dual perspective allows him to anticipate requirements, navigate regulatory frameworks, and design contract strategies that are practical, compliant, and results‑driven. Drawing on that background, he helps organizations bridge the gap between policy and execution, ensuring that every deal is structured to support mission success and long‑term partnerships.
Rodney Johnson
Chief Operations Officer
A former warranted Contracting Officer with more than 15 years of federal service, Rodney has led complex procurements from initial requirement development through award and closeout. Over the course of his career, he has supported a range of missions and stakeholders, advising program offices on acquisition strategy, drafting and reviewing solicitations, and leading source selections for high‑visibility requirements. His experience spans contract types, funding sources, and oversight environments, giving him a deep understanding of how decisions are made inside the federal acquisition system. Rodney leverages this background to help organizations navigate policy, manage risk, and structure contracts that are both compliant and operationally effective.
